Complaints Policy

If you wish to make a formal complaint regarding any issues that you may have with The National Pica Advisory Service or a member of the team, please feel free to contact the complaints officer. Please be clear about whether you are dissatisfied with the service or a particular member of the team or both. Please be clear about the time and date of your experience and please leave your details just in case the complaints officer needs to contact you for further details regarding the complaint.

Please also note it may take 3-5 working days for your complaint to be investigated and a response sent to you about the outcome of the investigation.
